Unit 3 is a compact studio apartment furnished in contemporary style.  It is situated on the ground floor of the home where owners Feo and Carol Sachs live.  The L-shaped bed-sitting room with sofabed has large sliding doors opening on to the private deck surrounded by indigenous shrubs and trees with views over the Piesang Valley.  Ensuite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen ensure your comfort and independence .
