Unit 1 is the upper section of the house which is built on several levels.  Accommodation consists of a comfortable L-shaped living-dining room opening on to a shady patio. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, 1 with double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and 1 separate but private bathroom, both bedrooms have sliding doors opening on to a shady patio.

Large sliding doors open on to the 3 terraces abutting the wooded garden.

A lock-up garage is available.
