Rates range from R225 - R425 per person sharing depending on the season and size of the group.

Payments & Cancellation Policy

Your deposit of 50% of the total due secures the accommodation confirmation will reach you within 7 days of receipt, the balance to be paid on arrival.

A 25% fee will be levied on cancellations up to 31 days before arrival.

Deposits are forfeited on cancellations after this date.

In the event of premature departure or delayed arrival, the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.

Refund of the deposits is at the discretion of the management, and is dependent on the ability to re-let the units reserved.

DISCLAIMER

If due to unforeseen circumstances, the unit which has been confirmed is not available or not suitable, TREEHAVEN reserves the right to transfer the guests' reservation to another / suitable unit.
The guests' acceptance will be sought in such circumstances.

Arrival and Departure Times

Check in time is from 15h00 to 20h00, unless otherwise arranged, check out time is 10h00. Children of all ages are welcome. Please notify if you have special requirements
